This organization was formed as an alternative 'local funding agency' to support any intiatives that not, never, or still difficult to get support from external funding sources.

LPTP (Lembaga Pengembangan Teknologi Pedesaan) or Institute for the Advancement of Rural Technology is part of Solo-Salatiga-Kediri Community, member of INSIST which is based and mainly working in Central and East Jawa areas. LPTP focusing on the dvelopment of appropriate technology, especially for sustainable agriculture and foods production, alternative renewable energy, environmental health and sanitation, and integrated area development. LPTP have 8 organization members consists of 4 program development units, 2 consultant firms, 1 foundation, and 1 cooperative.
MITRA AKSI is member of INSIST based in Jambi, mid-eastern Sumatera Island. It is a network of local organization consists of 1 umbrella foundation, 1 consultant firm, 1 training and media center, and a network of 'rural community schools' in some districts of Jambi and Bengkulu Provinces. All of those organizations focusing on the development of rural livelihood and economy, community-based natural resources management, disaster management, women empowerment, and public health --especially women reproduction health.
WISNU is a part of Bali Community, member of INSIST based in Bali Island. Wisnu is local foundation focusing on preservation of Bali's culture, beliefs, natural environment, and prosperity. Wisnu is pioneering a network of community-based ecotourism in several traditional villages of Bali. Wisnu also active to advocate policies for community-based natural resources management, inter-village cooperatives, sustainable agriculture, waste recycling.
